About Training And Placements

The Training and Placement Cell serves as the driving force of the institute, consistently working to enhance students’ career readiness and achieve excellent outcomes. As part of the JSPM Group of Institutes, we take pride in nurturing some of Maharashtra’s brightest talents. In the Academic Year 2024–25, out of 420 students, over 350 have successfully completed Employability Skill Development (ESD) training, three-month internships, and certification programs, reflecting our strong commitment to industry-oriented learning and student success.

The Training and Placement Cell warmly invites you to engage with our campus—either in person or virtually—for full-time and internship recruitment. We are committed to supporting you in identifying the right talent and ensuring a seamless hiring experience through well-coordinated pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, and selection processes. With transparent policies and a professional approach, we strive to create a mutually beneficial platform for both recruiters and our students.

We are committed to shaping industry-ready professionals through high-quality training led by expert trainers. To achieve this, we have established multiple MoUs with leading companies and ESD academies, along with offering intensive boot camps and NPTEL certifications from IITs. At TSSM’s BSCOER, training begins from the second year, where students progressively gain advanced industry skills and software expertise over the next three years. Notably, every student is equipped with essential tools like Microsoft Office and Advanced Excel early on, ensuring a strong foundation for their professional journey.

With a strong network of 120+ regular recruiters, we consistently create excellent career opportunities for our students. We have successfully secured over 200 placement offers, with an average package ranging from INR 3.5 to 4.5 LPA. Our support extends beyond graduation, ensuring continued placement assistance and career growth.
